Thanksgiving
Welcome to this Suuuuuper belated post! Paul, the boys, and myself, spent our first Thanksgiving together with the Broadbent's. We had a great time. Well, except for my fall down the stairs early on that day. Note to self: Do not try to carry a 40 lb. child down the stairs whilst wearing socks. Tate was that 40 lb child and he was completely unharmed! Great way to make a good impression on your future family! Sadly I didn't take many pictures of the day. (Migraine from the fall) I did, however, get a very sweet shot of Grandpa Bill reading Tate a story. They became fast friends. The other photos were from the next day at a park in Logan. We drove up with G. Sarah and cousin/aunt Katie to see the Kirkham's and had another mini Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you everyone for a wonderful holiday. I am so grateful for family!!!

Break it down!
We've had this little Elmo radio since Arie was tiny. I think the boys dug it out of toy storage in the garage, because I haven't seen it for a long time. Now, Finn carries it everywhere with him.

Halloween
Halloween was fun this year. We went to 2 "Trunk or Treats". It was so fun to have all the little cousins be able to dress up and go together (except for little Pearce). Everyone looked so cute in their costumes. I think the winner for the most appropriate costume, had to be Kate. She definitely is a "little stinker". I couldn't get enough of that.

California
I keep forgetting to post about this. Arie and I went to Calfornia just before his birthday in October. We got to spend a few days there and were able to meet part of Paul's family. Everyone was fantastic to us (thank you, again) and we had a great time.

Arie had soooo much fun. The lake was beautiful, and the weather was great. After boating, we all went to dinner. Good times.
Then we spent a day in San Francisco. Arie was so patient with all the public transp. and the crowds. We made it to Pier 39 and got to see the seal lions. Very loud and stinky, but cool none the less. We made a quick stop at Ghirardelli Square. Lastly, we got to see the Golden Gate bridge.

Arie was a great travel buddy. I'm so glad that I got to take him with me. Thank you Paul (and all the Broadbent's) for a great trip. Can't wait to do it again!
